Over the past 40 years, Epicures Catering has earned a reputation for being a premier catering operation in our community, known for quality food and service.  Over the years, we have had the honor of feeding Presidents, dignitaries, and community leaders.  We have also been contracted for many large-scale events, such as fund raisers for the Cancer Society, the opening for HEB, and President Bush’s birthday parachute jump, just to name a few.

We have serviced many contracts through Texas A&M and have fed and entertain the last 8 University presidents in addition to the Chancellor’s office and Board of Regents.  We have been involved with the 12th Man and the Athletic Department since the mid 1980’s when Jackie Sherrill brought me aboard to be his exclusive caterer.  Today, Epicures has grown into a multi-service operation offering happy hour services, bartending, appetizers, and buffet style dinners.

Over the past 40 years we have been blessed and give back to the community in a charity that Epicures started in 1983. At Thanksgiving we prepare and deliver, with the help of countless volunteers and sponsors, close to 1200 meals to the residents of the Brazos Valley that otherwise may go without.  Our annual “Thanksgiving in the Brazos Valley” is done on a complete volunteer basis, and it has grown to be a tradition for both our community as well as many families in the area.  Last year we had over 200 people come to volunteer their services, and several schools supplied place mats designed by students to be delivered along with the meals.  Also, for the past 30 years Epicures has produced the food for the annual “Feast of Caring,” which is one of the largest fund raisers for the Brazos Food Bank.

I still have the passion and love for not only preparing great food, but also meeting our customers and helping make your special event even more memorable. Our staff is trained to go the extra mile to provide exceptional service.

Thank you and I look forward to serving you and your guests!
