AMERICAN

With the American meal ensemble, enjoy various delectable dishes, such as Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloins, King Ranch Chicken, Slow Roasted Prime Rib, and more! Hover to see all of the options for this ensemble.

Herb Crusted Beef Tenderloin glazed with a Jack Daniels Whiskey sauce – Served with spinach salad, baked potato casserole, and stir-fried vegetables.
Braised Beef Tips in a Red Wine Reduction – Served with fresh field greens and choice of dressing, garlic mashed potatoes, and green beans amandine.
Ancho Chili rubbed Roasted Pork Loin - Accompanied by a mixed greens salad with ranch and oil and vinegar, herb roasted potatoes, and glazed carrots.
King Ranch Chicken – Served as a casserole with corn tortillas, onions, peppers, cheese and perfectly blended spices with shredded chicken. One of our most popular dishes; served with southwest salad.
Texas Pecan Chicken - Chicken breast topped with our lemon-basil cream sauce and pecans from Royalty Pecan Farms. Served with a mixed green salad, garlic mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.
Slow Roasted Prime Rib - Slowly roasted over 12 hours which will melt in your mouth and leave a lasting impression with your guests. Served with your choice of salad, baked potato casserole, and seasonal vegetables.

ASIAN STIR FRY

With the Asian stir fry meal ensemble, enjoy dishes like Orange Chicken and Peppered Steak.

Orange Chicken – Tempura battered and fried chicken brushed with an orange glaze and served with Asian slaw, fried rice, and stir-fried snow peas.
Peppered Steak – This dish features marinated sirloin strip steak with green peppers served with Asian slaw, fried rice, and stir-fried snow peas.

ITALIAN

With the Italian meal ensemble, enjoy traditional Lasagna, Parmesan Chicken, and a Pasta Bar with a variety of sauces!

Pasta Bar – Build your own pasta, with Alfredo and marinara sauces, chicken, Italian sausage, grilled onions and peppers, and cheeses. Served with a Caesar salad and garlic bread.
Traditional Lasagna - Mild Italian sausage layered with our marinara, mozzarella, parmesan and ricotta cheeses and accompanied by garlic bread and Caesar salad.
Parmesan Chicken – Boneless skinless chicken breast, coated with Panko breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese, lightly fried and finished in the oven in a bed of marinara sauce. Garlic bread and Caesar salad are served on the side.

MEXICAN

In the Mexican meal ensemble, enjoy traditional Fajitas, Monterrey Chicken, Santa Fe Chicken with Queso, and a Taco Bar!

Fajitas – Beef and chicken mildly marinated and grilled. Served with charro beans and Spanish rice plus all the toppings needed to create a fiesta.
Taco Bar –Your choice of two: beef, chicken, or vegetable. Served with Spanish rice, charro beans, and a green salad.
Monterrey Chicken – Boneless skinless chicken breast stuffed with jalapenos, jack cheese, then breaded and baked. This dish is served in an enchilada sauce, rice pilaf, green beans, and a fresh green salad.
Santa Fe Chicken with Queso – Battered in corn tortilla chips and baked in mild queso and pico de gallo and served with black beans and corn relish.

*All options come with condiments and accompaniments to complete the meal. Epicures can also provide desserts, disposables (napkins, utensils, plates, cups, etc.) linens, china, flatware, and glassware. Epicures can coordinate all rentals and event needs upon request.
