Epicures Catering is able to offer cash and open bar combinations to accommodate any budget and event size. From a simple wine and beer bar to a full service bar with top shelf liquor, Epicures’ TABC certified bartenders are trained to handle any drink request.

Bar Service Package

You bring your own alcohol, we supply the bartenders and drink mixers.

Cash Bar Package

You arrange the bar and your guests pay for their drinks.

Open Bar Package

All charges billed at the end of the event based on actual alcohol consumption.

THEMED BAR PACKAGES

In addition to cash and open bar combinations, we also offer themed bar packages including:

Martini Bar

Delight your guests with a wide variety of martini options, ranging from a simple dry martini to an elaborate chocolate martini with all the delicious garnishes. Use our house gin and vodka options or special order your favorite.

Viva la Mexico

Our bartenders can mix a margarita to your specifications. Frozen, on the rocks, even flavored ‘ritas are part of this package. We will also supply a selection of premium beers imported from Mexico. If we don’t have your favorite Mexican beer in stock, we will special order it.

Wine and Cheese Bar

Perfect for wine tastings or casual receptions. Special order from a variety of wines or choose from our selection of house wines, served with an assortment of domestic and imported cheeses. Crackers and French bread rounds are also included.

A.M. Bar

Do you have a late morning or early afternoon function and want to serve cocktails? We can provide a variety of adult coffee drinks and juice based cocktails including Screwdrivers, Bloody Mary’s, and Mimosas.

Epicures Shot Bar

Like the Martini bar, the Epicures Shot Bar offers a wide variety of options. We can do everything from straight shots to complex shooters with a large selection of cordials and mixers.
